Setup internet connection in IPad & iPhone

Connect iPhone/iPad/iPod

  1. Tap on the Settings app. When the Settings app loads, you will be at the General Settings category.
  2. Tap on the Wi-Fi settings category and you will be at a screen as shown below.

  3. Tap on the "icon" next to the Wi-Fi network to access the specific settings of the wireless connection.
  4. Tap on the Manual button and fill in the fields under HTTP Proxy as follows:
    • Server : 192.168.49.1
    • Port : 8282








  • When you are done setting up your proxy server, tap on the Wi-Fi Networks button and then go back to your Home screen to start enjoing the internet access.

    1. I followed all instructions perfectly on my ipad from my galaxy S8 android 9 on Straightalk network. It connects to the hotspot but does not access the internet. I would be willing to buy the pro version if someone can help me get this workin

      2. After following the instructions please test the internet connection through any browser because some apps will not recognize it. Proxy connection is limited so not all apps will get internet access.

    4. I paid for the pro an it was working it has always kicked off every so often but now it says it's connected but I can't access the internet can someone please help me? Thanks in advance.
